Smrikite Beach
Smrikite Beach is located between Irakli Beach and Obzor.
The beach strip is about 1 km long and relatively wide compared to others in the area.
It is surrounded by the protected Smrikite area, which was designated to preserve the rare plant Red Pyracantha (Pyracantha Coccinea).
The beach’s location between Cape Malka St. Petra to the north and Cape Golyama St. Petra to the south protects it from strong winds and sea currents, making the water very calm with gentle waves.
The sea in the area is crystal clear and transparent, with a gently sloping seabed covered with small pebbles.
The beach is difficult to access, wild, and unsupervised. It is visited by nudists and those seeking seclusion and tranquility.
