Winery

The history of the Mladen’s Wine-Cellar has begun in 2000. Since then The Wine-Cellar has undergone gradual development, including young plantings, technological innovations and the growth of vineyards.

Vineyards

At present, our vineyards stretch over an area of 110 hectares and are located near the Danube River and the Kalimok – Brashlen Protected Area. The young plantations have varieties of Tamyanka, Chardonnay, Muscat Ottonel and Traminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Vionie.

Terroir

The soil characteristics are especially suitable for the production of white wines, which the Mladen’s Wine- Cellar produces in a wide range – Chardonnay, Tamyanka, Muscat, Traminer, Dimyat, Rkatsiteli. Red varieties are represented by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Wine tours

The guests of the Wine-Cellar can experience the charm of the high quality wines it offers. If the season allows they will be able to trace all the way of wine-making – from grape harvest to aging in the oak barrels in the cellar.
