You are also five minutes away from the town square, the town stadium, the two sports halls and the drama theater. The place is ideal if you are in Haskovo for a concert or other mass event.

The apartment is suitable for family vacations, accommodation for cultural events, as well as business trips. Also, if you are traveling from or to Greece or Turkey, it is very suitable for rest and relaxation – Haskovo is only about 80 minutes drive to the Turkish or Greek border, and only two hours to the White Sea. Each bedroom has a large double bed (160/200) as well as another sandwich bed that extends to two single beds, next to each other, measuring 90/190 each.

In addition to the two bedrooms, guests can use the living room with dining table and sofa to relax in front of the smart TV. There is cable TV, HBO Go and WiFi internet. The small kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, separate hob, microwave, kettle and Dolce Gusto espresso machine.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are: the Old Clock Tower, Drama and Puppet Theater “Ivan Dimov”, moment “St. Bogoroditsa ”, the 30-meter Bell Tower above the city, the oldest mosque on the Balkan Peninsula, the Regional History Museum, Kenana Park. In the central pedestrian area there are many cafes, restaurants and small shops for jewelry, clothing and footwear. Most public buildings are a 5-minute walk away: the City Hall, the District Court, the Post Office, the District Police Department.
