Villa Dabovets

Villa Dabovets is located at the foot of the Eastern Rhodope on the outskirts of the village of Dabovets, Lyubimets municipality, near the Ivaylovgrad dam.

The village of Dabovets is located only 30 km from the “Maritsa” highway (near the town of Lyubimets), as well as 30 km from the town of Ivaylovgrad.

The good location is determined by the proximity of Dabovets with the Hellenic and Turkish Republics. Only 30 km from “Villa Dabovets” are the checkpoint “Kapitan Petko Voyvoda” and the checkpoint of Ivaylovgrad, leading to the Hellenic Republic, as well as the checkpoint “Kapitan Andreevo”, only 10 minutes away from the town of Edirne, Republic of Turkey.

It is the geographical location of “Villa Dabovets” that makes it an attractive place, both for hunting and fishing, and as an intermediate stop on several routes with ecological and historical significance.

The veranda of the villa offers a spacious view of the mountain. Only a few kilometers away is the Ivaylovgrad dam. It can be reached by two roads – one asphalt and one field road, which is mostly gravel and provides unimpeded traffic. The beautiful bays of the dam can be reached both by car and by ATV, which the villa offers for rent. There are also several sets of fishing rods with which anyone can try their luck at fishing.

The villa has 2 bedrooms and 3 double rooms. Each of the rooms is equipped with its own bathroom with a tub, sink and toilet. The rooms are furnished with dressing table and mirror, stool, TV, wardrobe.

In the modern fully-fitted kitchen, lovers of delicious dishes can freely show their culinary skills to share with family and friends in the spacious dining room. For those who prefer the Bulgarian grill, a barbecue with a canopy has been built.

For those wishing to relax with a drink, there are furnished seating areas, or relax in front of the huge TV.

The green lawn in the yard is a wonderful place to relax in the fresh air with good company.
